Cancellation & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they are processed and shipped. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. We will make every effort to accommodate your request for cancellation, but we cannot guarantee cancellation after the order has been processed.
